1. Turn off "Playback Movies" option.
2. Turn off your game.
3. Turn the game back on (the intro cutscene should skip automatically)
4. Try the mission again. It shouldn't boot you out this time.
HOWEVER, keep in mind that all cutscenes in the mission will be turned off. So another "workaround" I found was to save your game as soon as the mission start, suspend, turn "playback movies" back on, and then return to the mission.
It's not guaranteed though and it is a pain in the butt. If you do want to watch all cutscenes, you have to keep saving throughout the whole mission, suspending, turning off your game, turning it back on.... so on and so forth. It's annoying, but it's all I have.
Sorry for my bad English. Hope you can get through it.
It worked. I had same problem over a week and it drove me crazy.
Your method totally worked. Thanks again.

Tem dias que eu tento zerar o game e não consigo, mas com essa dica eu consegui. Você é foda irmão, sou grato à sua existência necessária.
