(every characters in OP Warrior 3 has at least 10 moves including 2 special moves)
In terms of combat this is ONE THE BEST, even better than Dynasty Warriors series which has only limitted attack moves
OP Unlimited World Red is more like a journey. I can't say for sure, because I didn't play enough of the game, but is an RPG. I don't know why, but when you got in a mission, the game reminded a little bit of Final Fantasy XII, except that the fighting system is way better.
I highly recommend you to see some videos about the both games. I've been playing OP Pirate Warriors 3 a lot lately, but I'll not recommend because I don't have OP Unlimited World Red to play and compare to it.
