Game won't open

When I try to open one piece pirate warriors 3 a small white window will open for a split second and then close. How do I fix this?

Try restarting your computer. The same thing happened to me a few minutes ago. Fixed it by restarting comp.

I have same issue as op. Restarted my computer and it worked. I closed out of the game and then when i tried to lauch it again same issue as before

The same thing is happening to me. Used to work fine but I hadn't played it for a while. Now when I try to open it the window pops up and then closes instantly. The game isn't minimised, which is another common glitch, it fully aborts.

Verifying the game cache / restarting the PC / setting the exe to "run as admin" all had no effect. The problem still remains.

I may try deleting and reinstalling if nothing else works.


EDIT: Okay, I found my own problem. Plays.tv (the screen recording program that comes with AMD video cards) was creating a conflict. I just exited it, booted up the game, and it opened like normal.

but steam send a email to me saying my purchase had a problem, and its saying to me buy it again, but I already played it and worked fine for 1 day, so I don't know why they send to me this if it's working now cause I exited Plays.tv..

AMD Plays or Nvidia Sharing service caueses the game to stop working at launch. Disable those

restart steam or restart your whole PC and try again, if it doesnt work restart PC again, if it still doesnt work repeat and open the game like 10-20 times each restart It might work one of the times then. when I want to play this game I have to undergo this procedure all the time, PC´s are fun
