Can someone explain me all about Dvachevskaya (Alisa)?

I loved this games so far, and I'm achieving some end that I still don't have, my first was Alisa's one. Anyway I don't understand something about her character, about Dvach-chan and this stuff, because I'm not russian and I can't really go in their internet sites because I don't understand anything, so can someone tell me more about?

Ok. She is maskot or prototype-symbol 2ch.hk site, tsundere-chan. By the way, all girl in Sovyonok same maskots - Slavy-chan(Slavya), UVAO(Yulia), USSR-chan(Ulyana), Sad-chan(Lena), 2ch-chan(Alisa), BanHammer-chan(Olga D.). Game-developer used them, bcuz they are russ. maskot-characters. I hope, you know now :)
