Doesn't launch, crashes, no UI upscaling for modern PCs... this is the EXACT SAME as just playing the retro Sims 1 and 2 on Windows 11. In fact, both of those ACTUALLY RUN 80% of the time. This doesn't run at all.

I reported it to steam too. They should take the whole page down. This is a shameless IP flip. They did nothing at all other than just re-list it as a "new" game, total BS

You think that after 9000 post of the game crashing, people doesn't know? You put Sims Legacy Collection on google, the first 100 finds are the bugs, crashes, etc.

People know, the game now is, wait or refund (if you can, because the 2hs is pretty stiff and the game starts, it will work more than 2 hours, to keep crashing after the 5 hour mark)

Cashgrab yes, shameless no.
Sims 1 never had a digital release - this is the first time you can (legally) buy and play the game without buying a CD-ROM from 2001.

Personally, waiting for the bugs to get fixed and the game to go on sale. Should have both done around March 14th, so thank you for beta testing.

Both games work great for me, so it seems that they aren't completely broken. Rather, there are some compatibility issues somewhere.
