No, those are compiler errors. Debugging is for instance following a variable, and seeing where in the code, and on what condition it's value is erroneously assigned.
The first step I take is to rebind the keys to things that make sense to me, I for Interact, U for Use or whatever else there is so I react much more fluidly in gameplay.
I hate it when I'm forced to use some predefined keyset.
To be honest, if I didn't love this game, I'd be much more annoyed then I am.
I don't know if other people have discovered this, but I grew so frustrated with the WASD keys that I pressed the arrow keys out of desperation.
And it worked.
Seriously, WASD for directional movement?
Are we back in the early 80s again?
Even games in the mid 80s allowed you to use arrow keys!
but who care? i will ask for a refund as long as i can before being more trapped by this thing. maybe i will come back later ( why not put the keybinding in a modifiable file AT LEAST, it's not hard )
You'll ask for a refund for a game you don't own?
I learned my lesson and will avoid buying "Telltale games" products in the future.
They should come with a big warning sticker, so every potential buyer can take a conscious decision.
I am reserving judgment until I find out what franchise they base it on.
I got burned with every Marvel game I played and as a result, I am highly specific as to what I expect.
Basically, if it's an Avengers or crossover game, then it's already failed to meet my standards.
Give me some Iron Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, heck, even Spiderman or the Inhumans will do!
But don't mix it up, because the odds are high I'll get a lot of characters/franchises that are irrevalent to me at the expense of the ones I want to play in a game.
It's still ****ing unprofessional to make a game that doesn't allow you to rebind the keys, they even had that in the 80's.
