Beyond The Cradle now has its page on Steam, and I would love it if you wishlisted it.

Beyond The Cradle is a civilisation simulation about growing from a single homeworld into a network of worlds, in a galaxy that keeps going while you are away. It is not a clicker with a space theme: your colonies produce, your research finishes and your fleets travel whether or not the game is open, and when you come back you read a briefing of what happened.

• A galaxy that persists. Production, construction, research and fleet movement all continue offline. Return to a civilisation that has kept living.

• Distance matters. Nothing is instant. Resources cross space by shipment, fleets take real time and run on supply, and distant colonies have to stand on their own.

• Technology opens capabilities. Research unlocks new buildings, ship classes, orbital infrastructure and the ability to leave your home system, not just bigger percentages.

• Automation that scales. Set colony rules, reserves and priorities, and give fleets standing orders, so routine work runs itself as your empire grows.

• Other empires. Offer peace, agree trade routes and decide when to end a treaty. War needs notice: nobody is attacked by surprise while they sleep.

• Expansion is the prestige. No reset. When you establish a new frontier your old systems stay active and keep supporting it.

Beyond The Cradle is in active development and the build today is single-player. The persistent multiplayer galaxy is the long-term goal and the game is being built with that in mind. I will keep the store page honest about what is in the game as it stands.

• Wishlist the game. It is the single biggest thing you can do to help a small game get noticed.

• Follow the page to get news as it happens.

• Tell me what you think in the Discussions. I am reading everything.

Thank you for taking a look. More soon, including screenshots, progress updates and a closer look at how the systems fit together. \- Ryan (FalconChipp), SixByFive\[/i][/p]
