• VPN no longer required to run the game in certain territories.
  
• New pop-up debug message appearing when game crashes on launch.
  
• Mission button remapped to D-PAD (Any direction).

Frame rate throttle 30 fps !

In window mode the size of the window is smaller than the chosen resolution (this issue was also present before the patch).

A couple of examples:

- Chosen resolution: 1280x720
- Window size including borders: 1276x718 (should have been 1280x720 without including the borders)

Now for another issue, it's not a big issue, but it's a bit annoying, after this update the d-pad can't be used anymore to control the menus, only the analog stick is working in the menus (personally I prefer to use the d-pad).
