Are you sure your graphics card is DX11 compatible?

Unfortunately, your card supports up to DirectX 10.1. That's probably why the store page states the GeForce GTX 470 as the minimum required.

Your card is not dx11 compatible, only 10. Your system is capable of dx11 (that is what you are seeing) but not the card, which is what matters.

Also, even if it was, the 220 is way under minimum requirements to run this game. Which are clearly displayed on the storepage.

Sadly, you will need to upgrade to play the game.

Dont feel badly, because your not the only one to have wasted money on this purchase. I too excitedly grabbed the pre-purchase, as an avid fan of the original, without checking specs. I doubt there's a refund available for us poor saps, so let's chalk it up as a monetary/karmic contribution for a playable sequel in the future...

Make sure your video card supports DX11.
Be sure your system is fully updated along with your video drivers.
Then send your dxdiag to steam_support at undeadlabs dot com and I will see what we can find out :)

pretty sure steam does have a refund option (i've not used it, so not totally familiar with it) as long as you haven't put something like 2hrs or more on a game. I would send a ticket into steam support asking for a refund if this is the case with your card not being able to play the game.
