Missing MSVCP110.dll

I keep trying to play this game but whenever I try and play it doesn't go through. Tried to manually start it up, via the program folder, and comes up with the system error missing MSVCP110.dll. Verified integrity and got hundred percent file integrity. Reinstalled and restarted my computer and got the same error. Anyone got suggestions?

If Installing Directx did not work for you, as it did not work for me.
Which is what that link is that Robomagon posted is, The Directx link

Then install the new Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
That is what i had to do, and now it works perfectly
