Is there a countdown timer or preload feature on steam ?

There isn't really a countdown timer, but time left is usually on the store page.

As for pre-load that usually happens with larger file size games. SoD isn't that big so I doubt it will get one.

Sweet, thanks for the swift answer. That makes sense with the preload for big games only. Would be cool if we were still able to preload though so we can play straight away on release.
Don't know why they don't put a countdown timer on the games library page.

+1. Small or not, I'd like to preload it. Internet traffic is horrible when I get out of work and sometimes slows my connection speed. I need to preload it to play it when I get home tomorrow.
