21:9 support?
I am interested in this title, however, devs keep touting that the game has been remastered for 1080p. I have a 21:9 monitor and was wondering if there is support for higher resolutions?

Now that the game has been released, can anyone other than smartasses answer my question?

Voodooman posted an edit you can make to enable larger than 1080 resolutions. He posted it today, so it should be easy to find with the search function.

Come on now, his comment was pretty amusing.

I found the post. Looks like too much of a pain. I'll just pass for now and see if flawless widescreen releases a fix

Open steam properties for game, find command line arguments, add -devmode there (just in case if some cvars are locked)

Create user.cfg systemcfg and autoexec.cfg (or you can create one and just symlink it as names of other 2 so they could all update once you edit any of them) files in game folder, put these lines in each of them:

con_restricted = 0
sv_cheatprotection = 0
sys_intromoviesduringinit = 0 ; a little bonus
sys_rendersplashscreen = 0 ;another bonus from me

;r_Driver = "DX11" ; not sure that will work but you can try to remove ; and switch between dx9 dx10 and dx11

;r_FullscreenWindow = 1 ;in case you want fullscreen windowed mode

r_Width = 2376 ;change for your display or DSR width
r_Height = 1485 ;same for height

r_ConsoleBackbufferWidth = 2376 ;not sure it needed but just in case repeat same settings as above with these values
r_ConsoleBackbufferHeight = 1485 ;same

and remove anything that follows afrer ; symbol. including symbol itself

i did this into my 3 new CFG's in the root folder of YOSE

con_restricted = 0
sv_cheatprotection = 0
sys_intromoviesduringinit = 0
sys_rendersplashscreen = 0

r_Width = 2560
r_Height = 1080

r_ConsoleBackbufferWidth = 2560
r_ConsoleBackbufferHeight = 1080

and the -devmode for the exe. nice, its working fine

this works, but I get shadow tearing really bad that is just ugly. anyone know of a fix for this?

Well, it is kind of working. Minimap is out of whack (as in it does not fit in the borders) anyone know what causes this?
