How to change language?

The thing is, Im from Ukraine and my game have russian language. I want to play english version, but after changing language via game settings nothing actually changes. Game still runs on Russian... How can I change language then?

right mouse button on game name in steam language?

Try right-clicking the game in your Steam library and choose "Properties", then go to the Language tab and select the language you want.

Thats what I did. Nothing changed, but I finally managed to change language － Ive changed my entire steam client language from ukrainian to english. Wonder why I cant just change it from properties, other games worked fine

iirc, you have to change the language settings in Windows. Way back on the official forum, one of the devs said that the game draws on system settings for language.

Well... I changed only steam entire client language, not my windows 10. Dota 2 works the same way, as far as I remember.
