Ok so i just got the game and have been getting Ntdll errors on launch. So I downloaded the old version of State of Decay 1 because it was running fine on my pc a few months ago and even that version gave me the same error.

This dll was updated Feb 18 of this year.

I got the game running by going here https://www.dll-files.com/ntdll.dll.html and downloading version 10.0.19041.423 then placing that dll file into Steam\steamapps\common\State of Decay YOSE and then launching the game by clicking on the StateOfDecay.exe as that is the only way it will work because if you click on play in steam that will use the ntdll.dll in the windows/system32 folder. You can just make a shortcut of the StateOfDecay.exe on your desktop to make it easier to launch. I hope this helps as its not a game issue its a Microsoft one.
