How Do I Remove Fog From YOSE Lifeline?

I beat the main campaign of SoD and started the DLC, Lifeline, but I noticed the game utilizes a heavy amount of fog to reduce the draw distance. I understand the game originally was released on the XBOX 360, and this fog was probably required for the game to run at a decent FPS (kinda like how Silent Hill did so on the PS1), but in 2020 it's just annoying.

If anyone can help me find a way to disable this fog, it would be greatly appreciated. There aren't any options in the game to turn it off and I haven't found anything online yet.

There used to be a lifeline mod called "Clear Skies". I can't currently find it, but perhaps someone out there knows where it went?
