So you should always have several building materials outposts, so you always get resources.
I never bother with food outposts, the advanced garden should supply a small community. I usually go with a medicine, and materials. Sometimes I will keep a gas, or ammo outpost for a short time.
Will outpost run out eventually? I've read online that medicine outpost run out eventually so they can't provide unlimited medicine , while building materials / ammo stay forever
You are right actually, unless my population grows bigger i won't need food outposts anytime soon, i should focus on building materials and ammo probably.
But as for resources, unless you really drag it out, your not staying on one level, or game mode for that long that you run out of resources to collect.
