State of Decay 2 cross-platform question.
My friend plays on Xbox and I play on Steam. We plan to play SoD2 together. I know this will work with the Win10 store as it's connected with Xbox.
Though I would like to know if I can do this with the Steam version too, as it still uses Win10.

I read that the cross-platform works through Xbox live so I don't see why SoD2 can't be cross platform with the Steam version, assuming SoD2 uses a method similar to GTAIV live.

If not, Xbox reeeeaaaallyy needs to start including Steam cross-platform with Xbox in their titles, given that Steam is a huge money maker for PC gaming and most game on Win10.

According to steam stats Win7 is on 57% computers and Win10 is on 35% computers....
Yeah, globally there are far more Win7 users than Win10. It's still a popular OS. Win10 is in the vast minority.
