Infinite berry bushes: It depends on what you mean. The way Berry bushes are supposed to work is that you can break the bush or pick the berries. If you pick the berries it will regrow over an extended period of time. If you're able to keep getting berries again and again without any time passing then yeah that is nor correct. I'll take a look at it.
When you buy an animal you use it the same way you place an object: right clicking. It's possible that you need to have the cursor within placement range.
The crash bug is concerning... What kinds of things did you do in the underground? I suspect that if there is a crash it's because you're doing something that I haven't tested in the underground before. It's one of those things that should be a quick fix but finding the problem could be tricky. If you'd be willing, send me your save file so I can try to replicate the crash.
