how to restart game?

hello, I want to restart this game from scratch but it seems Steam wont let me, I've tryed deleting app data and even deleted Steam from my PC but my game info for some strange reason remains intact. Any way to do this or should I just forget about this game?
I want to restart this game just be cause I want to, and that's reason enough, the question is why Steam makes it impossible?
If anybody has a solution I would be glad to try out anything.

You should be able to restart if you disable Steam cloud synchronization and delete this file:

C:/Users/<YourName>/AppData/Roaming/com.infinite-interactive.GoW/Local Store\UserSteam.json

The AppData folder might be hidden depending on your OS, but you can enable it:
