How to login to cloud save?

At new PC i accidently choose new game, and how to return screen where i can choose cloud save? Reinstall game didnt help

In the game Settings > Account and you can link your account with the email and password and then it will ask you to choose your Hero showing you the new one, and your original save.

Yeah, but how do we access those options if they are blocked by the tutorial?
