Earth's Fury - The Best weapon in the game?

I have two questions for GoW enthusiasts.

1.) Is the 'Earth's Fury' really the best weapon in the game?
2.) When will it come back to the Store - Weekly Events?

That and Hope's Crescent.. I think it depends on what your other troops colours are so that the weapon doesn't conflict.. I really like the triple damage Hope's Crescent gives.

Fully upgraded Earth's Fury also has the Enrage perk. Does this perk apply only to your main hero or all of your affected units?

Best weapon overall is probably the Dawnbringer. I haven't used Earth's Fury at all - that isn't to say it's not good, but I just find Dawnbringer more useful in most situations.
