The only fix I had for this was using the level skip cheat. lol
Also I had a problem with the game when I had to make the Bluberry muffin as I did not know how to get the freaking recipe!!!
Someone had asked this question online too but it did not have an answer on how to get the recipe, so I had to use level skip again. lol
If anyone wants to know the level skip cheat, here it is (press F11, shift, alt and v together, might have to press a few times for it to work. lol)
Im currently trying to download and run the 1.03 Patch, but so far, the patch exe file is just going thru my C:\Program Files (86) in order to find the game installdir......well good luck as I don't run games off my OS System disk which is and SSD with only 240GB space.
Instead I run games from a 2TB WD Red edition (NAS optimized) harddrive which is registered under the letter "F" in Windows.
None the less, the unintelligent patch installer seem to have found the folder after going thru most of drive C and it closed down with a msg saying that I already have the most recent version "1.03" of the game.
So out the window goes the dream of patching my way out of the gamebreaking bugs this game is full of.
Oh well....:sigh:
To install Restaurant Empire 2 beta version 1.10 on Steam:
-Right-click on the Restaurant Empire 2 game from the library page and select "Properties". Among the available tabs will be the "BETAS" tab.
-Select “Beta” from the drop down box. Leave the password empty as it is not required.
-Close the “Property” window and run the game and you should see “version 1.10” at the bottom of the main menu.
To change the screen resolution, select “Options” from the main menu to go to the video options page. First select whether you want the game to run in Window mode or not as this affects the list of available screen resolutions. (e.g. 1920x1080 is only available in the full screen mode.)
If the Hydro Shop bug persists in this latest version, please send your savegame file that triggers the problem to us at info@enlight.com and we will investigate it.
