If you still want to play Tales Runner, there is a community server that is being kept up and slowly translated named Talesrunner Global, look them up and give the community a go.

I don't know how current they are with korea, but it seems to be not too far behind.

You can, just download global talesrunner and you'll probably be able to play it.
