Do you need a Xbox controller?

Im thinking of buying, but I dont have a Xbox.

It is only RECOMMENDED that you use a controller. You can play with mouse and keyboard.

The game classifies the controller controls as gamepad, and you can use a ps3 controller on pc. Theres no loss in trying so plug your ps3 controller in and see if it works. Keyboard controls are easier for me

um, you would get either an Xbox one controller or xbox 360 wired controller, important that they're USB wired, then you plug it into your PC. Drivers are already installed on Windows 8.1 or you have to go get the official Xbox 360 controller driver if you're on Window 7.
