The Scary Whispering

So, in a video on youtube called top 10 things you didn't know about I am Bread (a very funny video), Malford and Oliver mention that if you go to the padded cell tutorial level, and climb up to the window, and zoom in reeeeeeeeal close, you can hear some terrifying whispering about something. Honestly, I can't hear it, and I cannot find anything about it, so I was wondering if any of you guys had heard it. Please tell me.
