Also tried to delete nearly everything in the steam folder (except steam.exe and the games) that it rebuilds its configuration. That also didn't help anything.
Last night some folks where reporting the game would not run if it did not detect an Optical Drive installed on their system. Then again, I think this is why I'm able to run it no problem. Is master running his computer as the "administrator"?
2. I am using Win7 x64 SP1 and I am not running stuff as adminustrator. But when I do run steam as admin it also doesn't change the situation
3. I am having very sporadic error messages from steam when I install Tron 2.0, e.g. harddisk is full or not enough for this game. When I retry the installation then everything is fine. I have one SSD and two HDDs with everyone more than 100GB of free space. I tried to install the game on all 3 harddrives. Other games and installations work fine.
I think it is a problem with the installation routine.
Attempts to enter Tron.exe in the exception list of your virus program or Security Suite or disable test as virus protection and run Tron 2.0 again.
In Tron2.0 Properties -> Local Files -> Verify game files for errors.
