If that's not enough, try lowering Mouse Sensitivity next.
If both of those don't help, then you'll have to lower your mouse polling rate as Nacery mentioned. (Down to 125 Hz, most likely.)
tried lowering the sensitivity and smoothing, but that didn't work. The odd thing is that the mouse tracks perfectly in the menus, no jumping at all. I think my mouse is "technically" a gaming mouse, its just some $10 thing I bought off amazon years ago.. it still works great, and does have DPI settings but I always keep it on the lowest so I doubt thats it.
Anyways I will look into the polling thing, thanks again!
