looking for IK vetrans of tachyon, anyone heard of any?

I'm trying to play on steamdeck, game works and loads up. Bit downloading the community controller and the rotary wheel does not work. Has anyone got this to work on steam deck at all and of so help on controls?

for starter i've been getting into flight sim again after beating freespace and many people been recommending me this game so i really2 wanted to play it but 1. so i knew that this game got branching paths , so does this game got like secret ending or bad ending or something like that or the branching path is more of like a matter of choosing sides ?? or maybe some extra stuff if you play in higher difficulties ?? since honestly i dont really want to get something like "bad ending" on my first playthru ...
