Movement Bug

For some reason my character wont stop moving to the right... it happened during the scene when you find the bird and the trees move to block your path. I tried starting the game over but the same issue was going on then as well. any idea how to fix it?

Have you checked your keyboard functionality? Try testing it out in another game first to see if it's not a hardware issue.

Do you got more keyboards/pads plugged in to your computer? because i have a keyboard and gaming pad plugged in and when i plugged my gaming-pad out and that fixed it for me.

In my opinion, You may restart the computer and run game not with other applications.

I am having the same issue. On the menu screen the game automatically switches between begin/end. On the language bar I am only able to move it to the right.

I tried restarting my computer and unplugged my keyboard and controller and that did not fix it. I tried hitting the arrow keys with and without num lock on and that also didn't fix it.

Try randomly hitting num-pad buttons. Yes, I'm serious; this seems to have helped some people before.

I experienced the same bug but it did not begin until the final chapter of the game. It did not prevent me from finishing the game, but i did have to exit and restart a few times because I got stuck in a couple of corners.

I got this bug myself. I fixed it by unplugging one of the gamepad adapters that I had plugged in and then fully restarting my computer. It seems this game doesn't like it when some kinds of input devices are installed.

Encountered this issue myself. Fixed it by unbinding the left stick and d-pad.

Since I use my controller with other games, I went to my game library and edited the controller settings only for this game (right-click on A Bird Story, then Manage, then Controller Configuration. I set the Style of Input for both the left stick and d-pad to None.
