Report a translation problem
Another solution that's kind of ghetto (but I actually personally prefer myself since it guarantees aspect ratio) is to use Windows Magnifier. The shortcut to start that would be pressing both Start and +. (Start and - to make smaller, and Start + Esc to exit).

You may be interested to know that i have the same problem with a game just released called 'Whisper of a Rose' and having spoken to the dev's, both games use the same enigine.
May I ask what engine it is, so I can further search google for answers?
