It will be upscaled. Also I'm not sure where you saw 720p in store page unless it was the one of the reviews
Where does it say 720p on the Steam page, though? I've never filled out anything like that; if there is, I should definitely go get that fixed.
Edit: Also, a bit crude of a method, but I actually often played with Windows magnifier (start key and "+" to activate) in windowed mode, which is activated by alt-enter as MDuh posted. c: Just throwing alternative methods out there.

Under windows requirements. While this isn't explicitly saying the game is in 720p, a 720p monitor being required for windows would make one think it is in 720p.
This game was created with RPG Maker XP. While being a great tool to create games, it's very old and has some limitatons that feel strange by todays standards.
There is no real constraint about it, I wanted to be sure to have the best experience with this game. It's a little bit annoying because, even if the game is in full screen, only 20% of my screen is used. Bad thing for the immersion :/ Besides, To The Moon was upscaled to my native resolution.
No big deal ! :D Tonight I'm enjoying this game anyway. I need to live beautiful moments in this hard period for me ...
Have a nice day
