Report a translation problem
The Rufus scene was actually a rather small thing. You click the hay, Rufus falls from the sky and lands in the hay and that's it. It's basically just a 2 second Easter Egg^^
I was looking for an anser to this as well, but mostly found people on the internet asking the same thing without any satisfying answer. The most official reponse to this I found, was probably on the website of Dane Krams (the guy who made the game in cooperation with Deadalic). Someone asked about the cutscene there and Dane answered:
"I have to admit, I’m not sure what cutscene you might be referring to!! It would possibly be one you saw that (for whatever reason) didn’t unlock for you, otherwise it’s something the programmers snuck in that I’m not aware of ^^" - (http://www.kramsdesign.com/2015/07/03/annas-quest-out-now/)
So I guess it's either a bug or there actually is some hidden cutscene that can by unlocked by.... doing... something... I guess... D:
