Weird the keys are limited to a short period of time for this game. I don't understand the dev's thoughts here.

473,903 people brought a bundle, so that is how many keys can be generated.

Actual stats for this game:

1,471 all-time peak

I thought this would be an opportunity to really grow the player base, time limit kills that.
So what happens I play the game and then I have to buy it again (effectively)?
Might as well not bother, its not like I don't have over 100 other games I just brought.

Expiration is only for activation, once it's tied to your account you can play anytime. Maybe there is a valid reason why they restricted key activation time.
