New art direction is horrible and ruined this game :-(

Since worms 2 there was consistent art direction of Worms, despite all changes they was adorable and almost the same since Worms 2 even in 3D games they kept same look and feel.

This game changed it and i really hate new design which looks like cheap flash cartoon or all that modern soulless primitive cartoons like MY LITTLE PONY.

Small brown eyes, sharp corners and all that edges with flat look, shark-looking teeth.
Looks really soulless and not that cute and adorable as Worms 2 + up to revolution was.

You sort of ruined what made Worms 2 a cult classic, Team 17. It was more like disney style before, now its just like MLP and generic modern vector graphics cartoon, heartless and soulless.

People seems to enjoy gameplay of this game, but i hate new art direction so much so i would not even bother buying this game, until there will option "switch to old worms design", which will change every worm design, globaly to old style even in cutscenes, loading screens and anything esle that has worms on it.

Why did you do that Team 17?

World Party is still the classic but this is alright too.

Part of Worms 2+ charm was the contrast of CUTE INNOCENT worms doing NOT CUTE VIOLENCE against each other, when you look at those cute things you dont expect them to shoot and beat each other, but they do it. This contrast played well, like cartoon Happy Three Friends where cute cartoon characters always got into violent situations. It does not work anymore with this new art style, because worms are not cute anymore, they are so "edgy" and mean looking, you can see that they are violent, so there is no contrast, no humor of cute worms doing ugly things! Thats what all defenders of new style cant understand.

But gladly latest game in series released after this one, sort of returned to old cute style. Shame they never returned to this one game to update its sprites and give us option to choose design of worms.
