Unlocking Achievement "Dev Destroyer"?

Hi, I get that you're supposed to win a round against the developer named as 'kChamp', but how is that possible?

I mean, honestly now, what are the odds I actually go against him as i'm playing mostly when it's evening on Europe and he is from America, and also, it counts as an achievement, so I will never be able to unlock both the achievement and the "god rays" weapon.

Does anyone have any idea if this is a fair thing to do in the game?

Tbh in most games achievements like this are 'viral' in that you must beat someone who has the achievement already. It would make more sense what with all the timezone differences etc etc.

That would probably be best. Since he's in the same state/country I am in, I see him online all the time.
