Hitboxes
I have had multiple times when i shoot direct 100% hit and the opponent doesnt take damage, shot just goes through.

this was with mad birds but i have seen it with multiple other weapons aswell..
How can u ♥♥♥♥ up so simple game as shellshock is? Its mindblowing.

Some weapons are meant to be like that and don't hit the tank but rather only interact with the terrain. It's supposed to be like that.

It's not ♥♥♥♥. The game would be much more tricky without this feature. Try plaing ShellShock Live 1, which has the hitboxes that you want...
