Pongshock is too hard and rigged sometimes. Only possible with some luck and hardcore reflexes.

Actually hard difficulty is doable, but insane is too hard.

i cant beat medium because its really hard and the bat is really slow damn .... ^^

Beat Insane twice during a long match; it takes a lot of practice to land consistent bank shots, and the difficulty jump between Hard and Insane is not nearly as bad as the jump from Medium to Hard. You'll have it eventually, just enjoy the minigame!
