Better way to get gears?

Does anyone have any tips on getting more gears? There are a bunch of cool items and music that i want, just I don't have enough gears.

Long matches is all I can say. When I would do 1v1 600HP matches we would always get a lot. Sometimes 6 a game. That's just with 1v1.

Kinda' like TESO.. Have to grind for a long time or buy it.

Pay to win is not the same as paying for in-game purchases like backgrounds and music.

you forgot to mention you can buy weapons too, which does lean toward P2W

Yeah but with gears, not real cash. It's not P2W if you are investing time to get gears.

It was stated that there would be no micro-transactions in general. Gears are never going to be purchasable.
