Make sure your internet connection is stable. If you're on Wifi, try to move to a ground line connection if you can. My connection drops every 2 hours because my ISP is a derp and forces my router to acquire another IP, but I can work around it.

It's not his internet, i have the same problem, im lucky if i get 3 shoots off before i get kicked from the server.
its a known issue, but the devs just ignore ppl with this problem, and block them from twitter/e-mail.
all you can do is get a steam refund

Game's running player.io (Yahoo Games Network) for the networking, so there's probably a problem in there somewhere. It could be having problems trying to reach other parts of the world, or your ISPs are having difficulty staying connected to the service.

The "Endless Connection Screen" thread (http://steamcommunity.com/app/326460/discussions/0/405692758706303928/) has a few links to tools to try, but I think it would be easier to shoot a friend request to KChamp, email him about the issue and wait for a friend request from him to tackle the issue.
