Playing with an xbox Controller

Have any of you tried to play with an xbox controller? It doesn't seem to work properly for me.

I use an Xbox One wireless controller and since the new update, whenever I'm using it the aim just spins round and round and round...

Yeah just last night I got it set up with an Xbox controller so I could play it on the big screen with HDMI. It works alright - it's certainly not as easy as M+K but it's doable if you really want. It's slower to aim and tricky to select weapons. The only real issue is Left Trigger apparently 'locking in' even though I didnt program it to do so.

I did it by opening Steam big picture (in the View menu at the top of Steam) and enabling Xbox controller under 'steam controller settings' or something. Then you can right-click Shellshock in your library and customise controls yourself.
