CAN ANYONE MAKE A LIST OF WHERE WE UNLOCK THE WEAPONS?

THERE IS A DIFFERENT REASON FOR EVERYONE

what? if you want to look where or when you unlock a weapon look in your tank menu. There you have a list on which level you unlock weapons. Go to the Challenges tab to see how to unlock further weapons. Then there are a few weapons in the shop

If you mean those "???" mainly from level 81 and upwards. That is because there is not weapon for this level yet and will be added later.

if you mean it is a singleplayer unlock?

Are you sure that there is no indicator for singleplayer weapons?. I mean I don't know out of my head and I don't think there is now that you've mentioned it. I might very well be wrong though.
