No Sound at all.
So I just bought the game and loaded up, no sound at all. I tried two different headsets, both front and rear ports on my PC. Also checked the sound mixer and the playback device properties in windows and I've also uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Anyone experienced this as I have no clue what else to check and google didn't come back with much help either.

Have you checked the in-game sound settings? You can find them by clicking on your "profile" that shows your level, xp and name on the main menu.

@CC Shad, I have, everything is set to 100%. Since posting, I have discovered that my partners Corsair USB headset works but both of my working headsets (using audio jacks) don't. I can play music and hear that fine, system sounds are fine, discord is fine. ShellShock Live is the only thing that doesn't play audio.

Probably something in your PC audio manager. Try playing with the settings. Have you ever played a Youtube video that had no sound? It's because the stereo L and R are reversed. Might be something like that.

My headset works with literally everything else aside from this one game, it's very frustrating because I know the windows audio settings are all set correctly, everything shows up correct in mixer and everything. I'm beginning to think it's one of those post patch bugs that doesn't affect everyone

I mean sounds are literally autistic. Its like making sounds with your mouth. Just turn music on

I feel your pain. I have a headset that works on everything, skype, teamspeak, all games and music apps, but not on Discord. :/

did you save up your lunch money for a week to get that card?

I just right-clicked on speakers and Troubleshoot sound problems then audio for the game came back for me :greenslime:

probably too late but for future reference what i did to fix this was to go into my sound settings, into volume mixer, and the output sound was blank so i changed that
