Pocket Tanks news

Just found out Mike P. Welch few days ago revealed Pocket Tanks will be out soon on Steam, and it will also get a new weapon pack. Never expected this to happen as last pack we got 6 years ago. I'm just so happy to see that absolute classic of this genre is still alive after two decades of development, and i thought you might be interested.

It's not an advertising or something, i just think a lot of us, Shellshock Live players have grew up playing Pocket Tanks and both games share pretty much the same playerbase. Personally i play Shellshock on PC and PT on phone :)

honestly when i saw this game come through my lsit i thought pocket tanks straight away. i still have the pockettanks game deleuxwe too all weapons packs

It's sad, but I think we went from "soon " to "never".

The PC version of Pocket Tanks is on hold. As you can see... maintaining these mobile builds on the always changing iOS and Android platforms really takes a ton of work. I want nothing more than to get Pocket Tank back on PC, and I may have to just publish the "mobile" UI version of the game to PC just to get the job done. Not ideal or classy, but it would be functional. I play Pocket Tanks on PC everyday when I'm coding it. 😃
