Local Multiplayer?
Hey, could anyone tell me, wheter there is a local multiplayer in the game, so that you can play offline with your friends?

Singleplayer -> Skirmish
You can play with bots and with friends there. Bare in mind you don't get any xp from skirmish matches.

There are 8 spots, so you can play with 7 other friends.

if this game features shared or split screen coop/versus,
why is it not stated in the steam store page?

go to single player and choose skirmish; there u can choose 2, 4, 6, or 8 players and choose human or AI for each player and then u just play by taking turns
