Report a translation problem
If you don't manually port forward the required ports to the ip address of ur server, then you'll need to enable upnp.
If you intend to run the server long term, I would also setup a static internal ip address as well for the machine running the server.

Let the community (me) enter your world. What's the world's name of your server on the public list?
It's on the list, but: Unable to connect.
Reboot your computer and execute:
WWserver.exe -tcp 5190 -name "test" -world "world" -public
again.
