Problem with the prism puzzle

The puzzle is solved, but nothing happens, no open door or smth.

The light is on the crystal, right? Why does nothing happen?..

I had that problem too. This puzzle only accepts one solution even though there may be other arrangements that seem to work. Each playthrough it is randomly generated so there's no way to cheat other than the skip button. So either keep trying or skip it. I thought I had the arrangement correct, all 4 gems lit up, but when I pressed skip it totally changed the arrangement I had to something else. So it only wants a specific arrangement and won't accept anything else even if it looks like it works. Good luck!

Same with me Jxt09, I had all four gems at the top light up, but nothing happens...bummer

you have to aim the top mirror (the long skinny one) so the beam of light hits the top jewel.
