New Void Dungeon Demo is Live! ⚔️

Adventurers, thank you for all the feedback, bug reports, balance notes, and ideas you've shared with us. We’ve been carefully reviewing everything and working hard to make the Void Dungeon demo better with every update.

Our goal is simple: listen to players, improve the experience, and keep building toward something bigger.
At the same time, we’re also actively working on one of the most requested features - a co-op version of the demo 👀

This new update for Steam Medival event includes a large number of fixes, balance improvements, UI upgrades, and gameplay changes based directly on your feedback.

🛠️ Highlights From Recent Updates

⚔️ Combat & Balance

Reduced enemy strength in earlier versions, including elites, champions, and bosses.
Faster player attacks (base cooldown reduced from 1.0s to 0.75s).
Later balance pass increased enemy strength and EXP rewards for better progression.
Enemy ice spike skill duration shortened to 3 seconds.
Reworked HP/MP regeneration system for clearer progression and stronger itemization.

🎒 Quality of Life

Added option at the blacksmith to dismantle all items of selected rarity.
Added tooltips for new blacksmith buttons.
Removed player lock when opening bags.
Added warning when trying to open another bag while one is already open.
Added reset-game popup for players returning from previous demo versions.

🖥️ UI & Visual Improvements

Rebuilt UI rendering system for better support across different screen resolutions.
Improved tooltip positioning across the entire game.
Rift UI improvements.
Better treasure chest map icons.
Improved indicators when skill/stat points remain unspent.

🎨 Character Creation

Improved hair and eye color selection.
Added curated color palettes to avoid extreme or broken-looking colors.

🧠 Technical Improvements

Fixed crash caused by rapid menu clicking.
Upgraded enemy skill networking systems using Unity Netcode foundations as we continue preparing future multiplayer/co-op features.

🌍 World Polish

Marcel now properly walks out of the tent instead of appearing instantly. (He finally learned how doors work. ːsteamhappyː)

🤝 Co-op Demo Is In Development

We know many of you want to explore Void Dungeon together, and we hear you loud and clear.

We’re actively working on a co-op version of the demo, and many backend changes from recent patches are steps toward making that happen.

No release date yet - but progress is real.

I can't wait to play is there a level cap or some endgame system at max level? This game is much fun...I'm guess characters won't carry over?

Demo Update #3 – Fixes, Balance Tweaks & Quality of Life Improvements

Hello Adventurers,

Thank you all for playing the Void Dungeon demo and sharing your feedback with us. We've been carefully going through your reports and suggestions, and we've just released another small update focused on stability, gameplay balance, and quality-of-life improvements.

Here’s what’s new in this update:

Fixes

Fixed an issue with an enemy ability that could still cause crashes
Improved saving and loading of audio volume settings
Improved handling of audio device changes in the system (for example when switching headphones)

Gameplay & Balance

Reduced the chance of receiving identical item stat rolls in a row
Reworked how item stats are rolled to improve progression between rarities (applies to newly acquired items)
Increased the Knight's melee attack radius
Improved the timing of the Wild Strike Knight skill so both hits connect more reliably
Reworked health and mana regeneration when the player is fed – the buff now has a stronger effect at lower levels
Increased the drop chance of potions

UI & Quality of Life

Added information about the food requirement for health and mana regeneration to passive skill tooltips
Added a “No Food Buff” indicator in the player stats window

We’re continuing to improve the demo and polish the experience based on your feedback. Every report, suggestion, and play session helps us make the game better.

Void Dungeon Demo Update #2 – Fixes & Improvements

Hello Adventurers,

We’ve just released a small update for the Void Dungeon demo, focusing mainly on stability improvements and a few gameplay fixes. Thank you for all the feedback you’ve been sending us - it really helps us improve the game.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where some enemy skills could cause a crash
Fixed a bug that could block the player when sending a manual report while the report cooldown/limit was active

Gameplay Changes

Items can no longer be dropped inside walls or other objects
Costumes can no longer be sold

Improvements

Improved pet descriptions
Corrected the Invitation description
Adjusted shop item description size for better readability

I honestly didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did, the game is quite addictive! My only issues are things that can easily be tweaked, for instance early on you get a couple of life/mana potions which you run out of fairly fast, and that's totally fine because there's food that is supposed to regenerate both life and mana, but the problem is that the regeneration is so slow that it's barely noticeable, which means I was out of mana most of the time, and I had to retreat often because of low health, an...

Did you use AI to make the game? The hand's close-up in the intro has 5 fingers to then show 4 fingers and weird anatomy. Just asking, could have been a "wooops" moment

Scaling = deal breaker

I was loving this demo initially and couldn't wait for it to release so I could buy it...until I noticed that everything scales. There's literally no point even playing a game that scales every zone and dungeon around you because you'll never be able to create a build that matters. Scaling is massive fail. Otherwise this would've been a day 1 instabuy for me....
