You're welcome, :) Just know that you would probably get more help if you post this under the workshop page.

check for tutorials on the web, many have been made for rome 2 but are still viable for attila.

Here are some links to help you get started.

PS if possible, please do a reskin for tier one and two units. i have completed 3 campaigns and found you barely touch the awesome looking tier 3 units before completing a minor victory. maybe give them leather at least as early campaigning with units in cloth kinda sucks. but good luck and may the modding gods be with you. ;)

Do these guides work with Attila though? I've tried Sebidee's and while it worked for Rome II I had no luck with Attila

It works, but there is a trick with the variant mesh, first you take a mesh from vanilla, then save it, then you can edit it via notepad by openong the vanilla meh and your created mesh , integrate the things from your creation into the vanilla meh but rename it, keep watching the size of mesh stays the same or little bit longer, but not shorter! Then you paste, that means: you dont really paste it but open via pfm your mod withe vanilla mesh and add your edited mesh into there, if u din´t rename your mesh it will replace your saved vanilla mesh with the edited mesh, so your creation will be there in that mesh, which the game still notice as normal vanilla because of name but there are your edited details now, the edited mesh back into your mod pack folder where you have alrady the right path because you saved before, thats it. Either you use the vanilla name of the mesh, which will change the appearence of a vanilla unit or character but not create a whole new unit, if you want to create a new unit, you need sebidees desrciption, it is genious. But for Attila you need to bring the mesh in like i described here, the rest is like Sebidee described for Rom2 in his tutorial, good luck
