Food glitch?

Starting playing a new campaign as one of the new celt factions and my units do not replenish as its says there isnt enough food even though i'm overproducing by 87 :/ anyone else found this?

Are they in a region that has food shortage, is it winter, is disease stopping replenishment, is there a horde in same region.

after the patching i loaded up my game and went 12 turns with -400(was +900) to my food, all my cities were infertile. i lost every army on the board. So if your asking if something has changed with food i would say yes.

Wish they were more consistent and reliable. In my particular case the army is in my capital! and i have no food shortage but its says over the units that there is and not replenishing
