"subjects that require your attention"

I just got Atila and started a Saxon campaign. After a few turns, a message popped up, and now by the faction tab there is an exclamation point stating "there are subjects that require your attention." I keep looking around, but i cant find anything in the tab that seems to require attention. if anyone knows what its supposed to be drawing me towards, i would appreciate being told.

You can see an yellow exclamation mark in the "area" requiring your attention.
